Finish Facades was established in 2020 as a specialist division of the highly established Finish Group
This division is dedicated solely to the provision of quality CWCT-tested rainscreen facade systems to a range of clientele, and is led by a skilled team with an accumulated experience of over 100 years.

To achieve this, Finish Facades has invested in the latest machinery to manufacture our facade panels in line with your project requirements. Our continued investments have allowed us to lead the way for a carbon- and cost-efficient manufacturing process which sees the delivery of your product on time, every time.
We offer an accredited service to provide peace of mind to our clients that their products meet the latest industry standards. Compliance is at the core of our service, with the Council for Aluminium in Buildings, UKAS, and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accreditations demonstrating our standards of work.

Meet the People Behind the Service
Steve Espie-Whitburn - Director
Having been involved with the Finish Group since its establishment by his father in 1991, Steve has a deep understanding of the business’ ethos and values. This understanding has allowed him to expand the services the Finish Group offers, such as the creation of Finish Facades, whilst remaining steadfast to the quality of our service, customer relationships, and workforce.
Terry Turner - Director
Since joining the business in 2008, Terry has overseen the establishment and growth of Finish Facades. His extensive knowledge of the Finish Group and the manufacturing industry has contributed towards Finish Facades gaining impressive traction in the cladding sector due to its specification and fully approved tested system.
Grahame Byrne - Director
Grahame’s experience in the rainscreen cladding industry began in the 1990s and has spanned a range of roles within the industry during this time. As a Director of Finish Facades, his varied and deep understanding of rainscreen promotes the company’s ability to support architects, main contractors, and installers in all ways.
Joshua Byrne - Director
Thanks to Joshua’s dedication to the regulations surrounding fire compliance in the cladding sector, he has been a leading advocating voice for fire regulations within the building industry - even advising the Home Office on changes to the Approved Document B following the Grenfell fire tragedy. Joshua pours this knowledge and passion into his work at Finish Facades, developing systems which directly address clients’ needs.
Liam Harper - Operations Manager
Liam’s educational background in architectural design and technology assisted his entry into the rainscreen cladding industry. Beginning as a CAD/CAM programmer, Liam partook in the design and production of rainscreen products, before rising through the ranks and taking on greater responsibilities which saw him transition to Operations Director in his previous position. Liam joined Finish Facades in 2022 as our knowledgeable Operations Manager.
Tim Sturgess – Production Manager
Joining in 2008, Tim demonstrates the Finish Group’s belief in developing and upskilling our staff to help them realise their potential. Beginning on the warehouse floor at the start of his career, Tim has steadily climbed the ladder gaining knowledge of all areas of metal fabrication, to become Finish Facades’ Production Manager.
Benjamin Westlake – Production Manager
In his previous role, Ben was a machine shop foreman creating exhibitions for high-end clients such as Rolls Royce and Jaguar Land Rover, giving him a keen eye for detail creating unique bespoke products. This, coupled with 15 years of management experience, sits him perfectly as Finish Facades’ Production Manager.
