Bradstowe House, Harrow

Bradstowe House is a fascinating opportunity to rescue a historic building that stood empty and derelict for many years. Comer Homes decided they wanted the long-abandoned concrete frame to be the new land mark in Harrow.

Designed by Cromer homes inhouse architects its curved glass and steel form make this an iconic example of modern architecture.

The old cladding of the building was very outdated and it required a lot of maintenance. The new planning permission allows for an aluminium panel and curtain walling system, which is much more durable than granite panels while also having better insulation qualities!

Finish Facades Ltd supplied and delivered approx. 4100m2 of bespoke cassette panels in an A1 Valcan material in Cornish Granite & Riddle Grey.
